All of our terms and conditions of sale fall within the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. This list is not exhaustive.
PAYMENT
For all transactions, our only method of payment is through Paypal merchant. Please note we do not accept any other method of payment.
POSTAGE
We want you to get your order as soon as possible and one of our main goals is to process orders quickly. On the rare occasion that a delay has occurred, this is the responsibility of the courier and not ourselves. All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday excluding national holidays. If there is nobody available to take delivery, a card should be left to re-arrange delivery or collection from your local depot. Please note that if an item is not collected and the item is returned to us, any costs for re-delivery will be met by the buyer at a charge of £4.00. If you are however experiencing any delays in delivery times please contact us via our website and we will do everything possible to address your enquiry in timely manner.
All INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES are sent via either Royal Mail or DPD tracked/signed for service. These services require a signature upon delivery and for any goods that are not delivered/collected and are returned back to us, it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover the reposting costs to the original amount paid. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for any customs charges that are applicable for their country and any import duties, taxes or any other charges are not included within the sale price. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for any such charges. Please note we are not liable for any costs in the event that an item has arrived late.
RETURNS POLICY INFORMATION
Offering the best customer experience is at the heart of what we do and we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us and we offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee on all of our items from the date of delivery. Once in receipt all returns are actioned within 2 working days of receipt.

Important, please include the following in the package:
1. Include your original invoice or a copy clearly stating “PLEASE REFUND”. This is used to identify the return.
2. Please send it back to me in its original unworn (only for trying on), unwashed condition with all packaging and tags attached.
3. If you want to exchange the item, the fastest way to do so is to place a new order.
4. We will give you a full refund once we have received your return at our return address. Please allow 48 Hours to process your return.
Goods must be received in a fully resale-able condition with the item carefully folded and sealed securely in the original packaging including any tags, if applicable, which must not be detached from the item. All returns are processed within 2 working days from receipt of the item.
For the buyers protection we always recommend that items are returned via a tracked/recorded delivery service to ensure the item arrives safely as we are not responsible if an item is lost or damaged whilst in transit back to us. A refund will be made on the item amount and original postage costs, if applicable. It is the buyers responsibility for the postage costs of returning the item or items back to us and this is not refundable. All refunds are processed via your original payment method.
ITEMS
During the buying process the buyer will receive an email to confirm their order, please check this order to ensure that the correct item has been purchased. It is the buyers responsibility to inform us as soon as possible if the incorrect item has been chosen.
We take all care possible to ensure items are described and photographed correctly however it is the buyers responsibility to check that the size, colour, fit etc is correct before making a purchase. Whilst we also take the utmost care to ensure that all of our items are photographed as accurately as possible, we do like to remind customers that given items are viewed over many number of devices nowadays there can be some slight variation in colour, contrast and hues dependant on the device you are viewing from.
Additional Notes:
When trying on items, please ensure that you are not wearing any perfumes, aftershaves or deodorants as these may leave a scent or mark on the item. We will be unable to accept a return where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed and any such items will be returned. We reserve the right to refuse to accept such goods, at our sole discretion, if the above has not been adhered too. Your statutory rights are not affected.
